Enjoying surf fishing on the Atlantic Ocean near Titusville, Fl.

Hugh and I got up early, before 6 am, and loaded our breakfast things into the car to drive out to Merritt National Park to watch the sun rise on the Atlantic Ocean. We were soon joined by surf fisherman rolling their carts full of their equipment.

One of these fishermen, Eric, is the chef at Pompano Grill in Cocoa Beach. We caught fish, enjoyed Eric’s delightful company, then later went to the restaurant for a delicious feed of pompano. Thanks Eric, you are a neat guy!
